On 5th January 2009, the government of DKI Jakarta declaimed the new regulation of school time. All of the students in Jakarta supposed to be at school at 06.30 am. The reason why the government declaimed this new regulation is to avoid and decrease the traffic jam in the morning. Because based on a fact that school students are 15% of the donate of the traffic jam and Jakarta is the center of the school destination for the cities around Jakarta and Jakarta itself. School students are also the easiest society to be arrange. To remember that the government ways to handle the traffic jam problem are already off the limit. So the slow moving of development of public transportation and high level of ride possession that hard to control made this regulation to move the school time is the most rational and easiest solving problem.
This regulation has some effect of to the school students. The positive sides are to built the discipline personality of the students, they comeback home earlier, so they will have more time to do other activities and will not miss the dawn prayer for Moslems. The negative sides are students will get stress in the morning, they will be easily to get sick, feel sleepy and not concentrate to receive the lessons at school, and decrease their sleep time. There is some several ways to solve the problems. First, to avoid stress in the morning, feel sleepy and not concentrate to receive the lessons at school, and less sleep time we should sleep earlier than what they usually do. Second, to reduce the possibility to easily get sick we should eat a nutritious food and support with vitamin.
Our opinion about this new regulation is it seems quiet useless. Because it’s just replacing the traffic jam schedule earlier, which mean it didn’t touch the main problem. It appear on the students who coming to school earlier, are still caught by traffic jam. Beside that, this new regulation is kind of manipulate the students. As you know, students are the weakest society and the most easily to be order by the government, because students can not scream their voice out loud to fight the government conclusion.
If we want to talk about the efficiency of education, a half hour earlier would not impact to much. So, our advice is that the government should consider to order the work time of PNS too. Because the efficiency of their working time will be much higher and more usable for the country and especially, Jakarta itself than from the students. The other things that should to be consider too is the applying of school attendance zone in the new students acceptance. This system will limit the students on their school choices. The priority will be given to the students who lives in the same several regions nearby the school. This applying will also reduce the duration of the students from their house to school. In the next time, there is also needed the professional coordination in Jakarta to support the development of qualified school in the cities around Jakarta. So their citizen does not have to send their child to get their education in Jakarta and reduce the road load in Jakarta.

Labs Interval - Day 3 a.k.a The Final Day
OH MY GOD!
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
To remember what me, my friends, and our seniors were work out, it was really (truly) UNBELIEVABLE that we could make it through until THE LAST DAY. Okay, Rara and me already told you about last two day. So, right here, I will tell you about the 3rd day a.k.a the FINAL DAY. Here the story begin.
Today I was quite upset because Rara cannot accompanied me at school, because nobody can drive her. But thanks (so much) to God that there still some of my friend, just called them TY, DN, IC, and KK, so I wont be lonely!
So when first I arrived to school, me and my committe friends were busy to prepared the final debating room. There were only four teams that left. Only two two rounds to go. We were really freaking out to find out the winner. It was held in the class of XB and XD. I get a job to prepare the XB class, and IT WAS REALLY FREEZING OUT THERE! I don't know why the XB class was always so cold? It was tottally different, backward, opposite (I don't know what is the perfect word to describe it anymore) with the XD class which FYI, it is my class (and Rara, ofcourse). Maybe their air conditioner was broke (or ours?).
Okay, back to the bussiness. After we finish cleaning all the debate rooms, the semifinal of debate were start. But I don't really watch the game. After I make sure that the debate was going on well, I immediately go down stair to the awards for the winner room to check that they all were fine because I took a responsibility on it. By the way, one of the award was already broken yesterday (did Rara told you?). I don't know (forget, actually) who touch it, but suddenly it just fell off and, tadaaa.. it part into two. Very nice. Luckily, I got the magic glue. So we just stick it back together and... it looked like never happen.
So I was there to make sure that that kind of (kinda stupid) thing will never happen again. Or to watch if the stick-back-awards-with-the-magic-glue will part into two again.
After that whole crazy day to be in the freaking freeze room and watch the broken awards, I get home earlier to go to the doctor. At night at home I heard SMA 8 team A won the debate. I heard the game was very high tense. I felt a little bit sad because I couldn't watch it until it end. But at least I did my best for this event. Yeah, I was proud to be the part of Labs Interval 2009.
So that was all for the last day. See you guys at Labs Interval 2010!

Labs Interval - Day 2
The first thing I'm gonna say is, I'M STARVING !!!
Okay, i'm here to report Labschool event, Interval. Labs Interval was held on 30 january - 1st february. Tasya already report the 1st day, so i'll report what's going on at the 2nd day. But i want to complete the 1st day.

The Festival is AWSOME !! I couldn't stop smiling when the festival started. Percussion group was very entertaining. The band's song was good too. So i didn't get bored there, except for the fact that some of my partner made me going to BLOW. By the way, yukata's (japanesse traditional dress for festival) fashion show was very cute!! Especially the pink one (Tasya gonna be freak out). The Taiko show was very very entertaing too. Everybody was enjoying the show till the end.
But actually, my job here is to report the 2nd day of Labs Interval. So let's get start it.

On saturday, there wasn't any festival things like friday. This day just full of competitions such as debating, essay, and speech contest. At 08.00 am, all of the commitee if interval already ghatered at school.
At about 09.00 am, the participan start to gathered at the school. We started the competitions at about 10.00 am. I got a job to watching the essay compitition. It went smooth. At 11.30 we took a rest a little time, then finally we start over again. The competition ended at 01.00 pm. But the comitees still stay to clean up the rest uf the stuff. And that's that end of the 2nd day.

Labs Interval - Day 1
Hpfuuh...

Whoaaah!!
I'M SO TIRED RIGHT NOW!! Today was a day one of Labs Interval. Rara and me (we are the committee, by the way) did a lot of thing to manage today. We missed all the class just to prepare this event since the morning. We prepared the stage, decorated those stands, managed the LO, and hmm.. it was fun actually. Except the fact that we didn't get the concumption (are you trying to make us die starving there?). But the best part is we DIDN'T HAVE TO RUN!! Yeah!! (FYI, there is a regulation in Labschool that oblige every students to run marathon every Friday morning, hell, I know) So we are so exited! Friday morning is so much better without running. (hohoho)
But have you ever wondering how the big show would start? I'll tell you. Here the phone conversation between rara and me in the morning.
Me: (Just woke up. half (lower, I guess) consciousness)
Rara: Tasyaa!! Did you got the message?
Me: What? I didn't eat your sausage.
Rara: MESSAGE.
Me: Hah? Oh, I'm sorry. Nope. Why?
Rara: We should be at school on 5.30 am!! I'm still at home right now!! I can't be there on time!! That's not possible!!
Me: (Looked at the clock, 5.15 am) Neither can I.
Rara: So what should we do now?
Me: We'll be there at six.
Rara: ... Okay.
The end of conversation.
And I went back to sleep.
When I get there at six, there is no other committe on the stage.
(Where are those people?)
Yeah. Even this Labs Interval was started in that (rude) way. But the show was (amazingly) really going so well. The perfomance from gamelan, perccution, saman until diva dance was fantastic! The France Pantomim and Japan Taiko was so attractive! The audience were satisfied. Our teachers were proud, even someone said that this was the best Interval that have ever seen. We, as the committe, finally could smile.
I never know that the successful show would feel this great.
I can't wait for the day two and three.

Yesterday, a called two of my friends, i want to make sure that they can join the interval (i hope so). Her name is At** when i told her to come to Labs Interfal, she said " Oh, I'm sorry rara, there's many even in my school, so i forgot to socialize it with the other student body.. I'm so SORRY.." so i said, " So you wont come? Please come.. To make this event more interesting.." and she said," Okay, i will tell the others about this event. But, i can't promise you about anything, okay.." and i ended the phone. Done.
Tasya: Yea! This is my turn. Rara is reading a comic (I guess it's should be an adult comic) right now and so this whole computer is mine. Huahaahaa. (Evil laugh)
Okay. I want to tell you guys about something that just happened today in my school. GOSH! I AM SO TIRED! I guess rara has told you about the Labs Interval that take 90% of our concentration (did she?). So, today I miss the math class to prepare it. Our senior, just called her KB, was told me to ask for permission for 12 students that belong to the comitee of Labs Interval. I didn't see the class on the draft from KB so I said "Okay" and I never know that was the begining of my nightmare. (wait, it did in the day, so it should be daymare. hahaa. okay)

Tasya: Nothing!! Get over me. I want continue my story.^^
Okay. That was a little problem. Don't really matter it. Just her.
Once I looked clearly at the draft. MY HEART WAS STOP BEATING. There is a student from IPA senior! Which mean, that I should go there to give the permission letter! OMG! HOW COULD I DARE TO GO THERE? First reason, it was a senior class. Second reason, it was a real senior class. And, the third, okay I have a crush there. I'm so shy!!! I want to meet him, but I don't have enough courage. (And FYI he has a girlfriend). I dont know what to do until another senior, just called her KN, passed by. And my friend told me to just give the letter to her. And stupidly (is that a word?) I gave it to her.
Huaaaaa!!! Hiks. Hiks. I missed another chance to meet him. Okay. I hope there will be another opportunity for me (really hope!). Done.
